This site presents what we offer: swim holidays for groups, yoga retreats and volleyball, at our guest house in Greece. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The contact form, email and phone are for sending an enquiry. There is no online booking and no card payment on this site; your hosting agreement is only formed once we confirm it to you in writing.

Dates, prices, group sizes, required swimming level and other details may change. What binds us both is what we send you in a written confirmation, not what appears on this site.

Please give accurate details in the form. Do not send automated or flooded enquiries, interfere with the site, try to access other people's information, or reuse our content without permission.

The text, images and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share a link to the site; copying or publishing the content commercially requires our written approval.

The site embeds a YouTube video and links to WhatsApp. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

The site is provided “as is”. We keep the content accurate as best we can, but we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
