In the contact form: your name, email, mobile phone and message. You give these to us voluntarily, and they are stored together with the site language and the time you sent them.

The site has no sign-up, no login and no card details.

To answer your enquiry, to plan your group's holiday, and to keep a record of enquiries. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

Our team, and the provider that stores the data (hosting and database services). We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

The opening video is embedded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com). When it loads, YouTube may set a cookie and record your IP address. WhatsApp and phone links leave the site and use those services.

This site does not place advertising cookies. Basic usage information, such as which pages were viewed, is collected to understand what works and improve the site.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and afterwards. They are then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required.

You can ask to see your details, correct them or have them deleted. Send your request to the address below and we will handle it.

Access to the enquiries database is limited to our team. The house is in Greece and our team works from Israel, so the data may be processed in both countries; we take reasonable steps to protect it.

The site is not intended for children under 18 without an adult. We may update this policy; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
